We've never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, and may never find anything as nice as Daylily Dreams. The home is furnished in antiques, with hardwood floors and lovely rugs. The walls are decorated with quaint art and needlework. Our room had stencilling near the sloping ceiling and we slept under a homemade quilt. The window had been left open a bit so we could hear the fountain in the garden. We had our own bathroom. Everything was immaculate and every thoughtful detail was perfect.
Breakfast was delighftful..a lovely fruit cup, omelets with cheese and homegrown vegetable, delicious coffee served in a cup and saucer. Our hosts were fabulous...a bit reserved and businesslike, but so friendly.
We didn't have time to tour the gardens or antiquie shop, I would have like to.
