Got to make our own ornaments after picking out our colors. Doesn't take very long and the finished products are nice!

My mom, 2 sisters and I stopped here before heading up to Naples. We decided to make paperweights. Rodi was great. She explained everything in detail and answered every question we had. Then she worked with each of us individually to create our piece. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it. For a small fee we had them shipped home instead of having to stop back to pick them up after they had cooled.

Don't miss the change to blow your own glass ornament. Fascinating and fun. They'll ship it to you in a few days, after it's cooled.

Signed up for a glass blowing class last year and a flameworking class this year. I went to the gift shop and loved the stuff, but thought it was a little pricey. For the same price or less, you can make your own! Last year I made a Christmas decoration (it's really much too heavy to hang on the tree, but it's still gorgeous) and this year I made pendant. It's a great experience, you get to see glass making up close and you get a personalized keepsake. You do have to be prepared to come back to pick up most things that you make because it has to cool over night. The pendant is small enough that they mail it to you for free.
