We are new to West Point and found this restaurant at the edge of town while looking for homes on the Cornwall waterfront. Small with an inviting and charming front that continues on the inside. It seats just a few tables, very cozy. The bar is as you walk in the door. The menu is short, as I think restaurants should be--highlights of what the kitchen is good at making. I had the veal parmigiana and my husband had the special for the day, Bronzino. Both were perfectly prepared, the portions made for seconds the next day as we also tried the special of the day appetizer--mussels. I don't know if they make their own bread, but that too was super. It had a nice browned crust with a soft inside, and an additional complementary plate of salami with pickled carrots and pepper. It all tasted fresh and homemade. We will definitely be back. The only thing missing is the absence of cocktail options, they were limited to wine and beer but a good selection nonetheless.
