Very expensive, high fees for delivery and paying with credit card. Terrible customer service; I've had workers hang up on me, shout at me, leave the phone on hold for a long time, and be generally unpleasant. Always takes well over an hour to arrive, and the food is always cold by the time it gets here. Best yet, they never get the order right, there is always a major flaw. For example, I ordered a cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, and onion, and asked them not to toast it. Instead I got a toasted sub with no cheese on it. Would not continue to do business with them if they weren't the only place open after midnight around here.
