Has an unexpected stop, after eleven hours of driving with the last two hours in a severe thunder storm pulled into this location. The check in staff were professional and courteous great room rates with many perks! The room itself was very comfortable with a fireplace and Internet included one of the best nights sleep I have enjoyed in a long time. Ticket for wine tasting, and a bottle of wine (my choice) all inclusive in the incredible room rate. The dining room is warm and inviting, the menu was extensive I selected the chefs special which was a delight to the palate.
I look forward to returning on my next trip to upstate NY.

Room Tip: Every room has a view of Seneca lake. Win, win.

This was our second stay at the Inn and we thoroughly enjoyed Glenora. The view from our room was beautiful. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The large rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
The staff at the front desk are excellent and very accomodating. We enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine when we arrived and a bottle was in our refrigerator as well as free wine tasting on the Wine Cellar. We definitely will be back!

Room Tip: Sorry, there is no pool and spa - I could not delete the info!

We stayed for our anniversary, first floor with porch and king size bed. The room included one bottle of champagne and one bottle of white wine which you could exchange & pay difference. Also free wine tasting for each night. Our dinner was wonderful, outside on the porch with a gorgeous view of the vineyards and lake & the staff was great. The breakfast was delicious but they were very understaffed so it took forever to get our food. This was a last minute decision so we were fortunate to get a reservation but will go back again.

Room Tip: First floor is a good choice because we moved our chairs on the lawn for a glass of champagne with a...

My (now) husband and I have stayed at Glenora several times leading up to our wedding that we held there 7/27/13. During all of our stays we have enjoyed wonderful service from the front desk staff (love you Adel!!). Wine tastings are free each day you stay at the hotel and the bottle of wine in the room and glass of champagne at check in are such nice touches. I always upgrade my bottle of wine since I don't care for the kind they stock in the room & it is never a problem. But...let me get to the best part...the wedding.

We worked with Chrystie from the time we booked the location until the day of the wedding. Every question we asked was answered promptly and every "extra" request we made was responded with an "of course we can". The location itself is gorgeous so they don't have to try too hard on that. We did both our ceremony and our reception on the property. Since our friends & family were both coming from 6+ hours away we wanted to make sure they had a place to stay close to the ceremony/reception and with the 30 rooms available onsite it was perfect for us. The servers during our reception always had a smile on their face, even when the little ones were running under foot while they served dinner. Jimmy even made a special trip to the kitchen to get me some empanadas during cocktail hour because he knew I'd never make it to the special tray they had placed on our table. All the food was amazing from apps to brunch the next day! Many of our guests couldn't believe it was "wedding food".

I know that Chrystie & Kathy worked closely with the florist (Vicki & Johana from Don's Own in Geneva!!) to make the table set up work and it all came together wonderfully. We dropped boxes of homemade table runners, jars of candy, table place cards, candles and other odds an ends off on Wednesday afternoon and never had to discuss with Chrystie again...it looked better than perfect.

Room Tip: All rooms face the lake and the Vineyard, you can't go wrong with any of them.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. The room was on the second level with king size bed. Our room had a large bathroom, sofa and a small refrigerator. The room came with two complimentary bottles of wine (you can exchange if don't like what they first provide but there maybe a small additional cost) and two bottles of water. The best part was stepping out on the balcony and looking across the vineyards to Seneca Lake and the hills on the other side. The balcony had two chairs and nice way to spend some of the evening with a glass of wine......

The Inn is located about 10 miles north of Watkins Glen and there are many wineries close by. We walked the glen in Watkins Glen, drove to Corning for the glass museum and downtown area and visited 10 wineries during our wonderful stay. We hope to return here again!

Room Tip: We had room 220 which was on second level with great views.

It was a spur of moment trip for my wife and I. This was our first time in Finger Lakes region. We found the place listed second out of five top wineries in Finger Lakes region. Glenora is the first winery on the east cost of the Seneca Lake. There are two levels to the Inn totaling 30 rooms. Upstairs rooms have balconies overlooking vineyard and Seneca lake. Lower level rooms have sitting area and you can walk right to the vineyard. Rooms we stayed in was Vintner's select room with Jacuzzi and a king bed. Room was large, well cooled with comfortable bed. Bathroom was large, clean with Jacuzzi and everything in working order. Complimentary bottle of wine and bottles of water in mini-refrigerators were a plus. Front desk staff was polite and offered complimentary champagne each time we stopped by/going to restaurant.

We are vegetarians. Veraisons' menu had adequate options. Ravioli and Pasta were cooked to perfection. Chef gave us a different type of sauce (spicy) on the side with a generous portion. Prices were reasonable. They offer all their wines by the glass and bottle and prices were not marked up when compared to the winery shop. Breakfast was equally good. Both times our waitresses were informative and polite.

Room Tip: If you like outdoor walks go for lower level rooms. It is fun to walk to outdoor gazebo and vineyard...

We recently returned from our third yearly visit to Glenora. We usually travel with another couple and the women at the reservation desk go out of their way to get us into adjoining rooms. Note that all of the photos in their advertisements accurately portray the inn. The rooms are very spacious with dual queen size beds, a table and chairs, an upholstered chair, a dresser and an armoire with a TV and small refrigerator which has a complimentary bottle of wine. There is a small coffee maker, an iron and ironing board and in the spacious bathroom, a hairdryer. The lower level rooms have sliding glass doors out to your deck with two adirondack chairs and a small table which overlooks the vineyards and Seneca Lake. Upper level rooms also have a deck overlooking the lake and vineyards. Be forewarned that the mattresses are very soft and if you require a firm mattress you probably won't sleep comfortably. There is also complimentary coffee every morning. We have eaten numerous meals in the restaurant and have found the food and service to be excellent. The inn is centrally located and convenient to the wineries on Seneca, Cayuga and Keuka lakes. There is an excellent winery/brewery across the street where you can enjoy a wine or beer flight while sitting on a patio with an expansive view of Seneca. Love the Inn at Glenora and look forward to next year's visit.

Room Tip: All rooms have views of the vineyards and lake. When you stay on the lower level you are able to wa...
