The bagels baked here are too doughy and tough to classify as New York bagels. The more varieties they add, the less they seem like the real thing. After a horrible buttered "something" I was determined not to go back there. No idea why there are lines--oatmeal perhaps.

My kids love their mini bagels, but the secret to this Bagel Boss is the incredible Oatmeal!!! Great staff and a perfect location.

Ok bagel shop, but it's the only option in town. Never consistent on the order and grill closes at noon. Caesar is the best worker there, always gets it right and always has a smile on his face.

Bagel Boss is certainty a cut above the supermarket selection but not the best locally at the whole bagel store genre. Overall the selection and quality is good but expensive. The baked goods are ok as well. The smoked fish is weak bit the spreads are good. Overall another 4 star establishment charging 5 star prices. Better places locally are Village Bagels, Gabby's and the other Bagel Boss in Jericho.
