From the outside the Curry Club is built inside of an old train car, walking in you are engulfed in traditional Indian decor with the restaurant to your upper right and the Velvet Lounge to your left. Once you are sat you receive ice water and large half circle almost like a seasoned crisp tortilla chips; the menu has many options including an all vegan menu. The portion sizes are very expensive for the size of the dishes. I ordered a kebab dish which is served on a sizzling platter; the actual dish was not sizzling hot, marinade encompassed all other flavors, also got a side salad, shredded iceberg with sliced cucumber, tomato and carrot with a lemon slice to dress it. My boyfriend got a vegan vegetable Curry, rice sold separately. Both his rice side and his Curry were small and overpriced. Our friend ordered a lamb Curry, again rice sold separately. Not impressed with the portion sizes and prices. Flavor may be the only thing that didn't completely turn us off from our experience.
