When we checked in to our room. The towels had hair on them and were stained. The floor had stains and the whole room was dirty. When we woke up the next morning there was no hot water at all. We called front desk and they were so unhelpful. After three hours back and forth with the front desk, they had us take a shower at the complete opposite of the hotel. It did not seem the hotel was clean at all. The lobby was nice but it would be nice if they spent the money on the rooms itself.

Our bus arrived as scheduled around 9 pm on Oct 22nd. Only 1 person was on the desk & he had to check all of us into our rooms individually (50 people) so that took well over an hour. Bags were not delivered to our rooms or picked up the next morning (seniors should not have to carry bags when our rooms were all reserved ahead of time). Some had dirty sheets. One shower was in disrepair. Anyone could walk in from the back door at the parking lot so security was non-existent. The carpets were stained & wood work marked in all the main areas - sure didn't look like the pictures!!!

We apologize for not providing the experience you were expecting at our Ramada. Our building is currently undergoing many renovations to update the hotel.We have also hired security staff to patrol and inspect the hotel grounds. I was there for two nights with a church group. My bed had not been changed from the previous guest. Our room was left open by the housekeeping staff. We had no towels for the second night. The bath tub was not clean. Several others from our group had similar complaints. The phone did not work and when it did, no one answered.

Room was small but clean. Bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure. No refrigerator in room, which is annoying. Sheets smelled and felt clean. Provided 6 good sized pillows. I was in room 101, which faces the parking lot. So loud when people are walking to their cars having conversations. I am sure same would be true of all rooms on this side- 101, 103, 105, 107 etc. Another reviewer mentioned loud partying. The hotel was pretty quiet during my stay.

Breakfast was delicious. Some of the choices were cereal, eggs, french toast, home fries, bacon sausage, pastries, toast, bagels. Plenty for everyone.

I agree with other reviewer's opinion concerning the lobby- makes the hotel seem much nicer than the rooms actually are. Many other hotel choices in the area.
