Stayed at this hotel for a convention. Food was fabulous all weekend. The staff was extremely accomodating - would recommend for a convention - reasonable rates for clean rooms and good food. Some of the hotel was a little dated - but room rates were so inexpensive that this can easily be overlooked as a negative. My room was updated, clean and comfortable.
This Ramada is horrible. We were traveling for a funeral, checked in after midnight, the first room had a broken shower, the second room we had, had a huge divit in the bed like a 400 pound man slept in it all year. Breakfast was bad, they ran out of food before the 10 am time, on the way to the breakfast we passed about 5 Home Depot buckets collecting water from leaks in the roof. Then the hallways were not vacuumed, we even tested it by leaving a red straw on the floor, and it was there when we checked out 2 days later. The work out room was closed. The hotel wanted us to shower in one room and stay in another, talk about messed up!! This place needs to be leveled!! Ramada should be ashamed of themselves. Then when we asked for a refund for one night, they complained!! Stay across the street or behind this place at the other hotels, the 30% off is not worth it.
