Customer service at the front desk on arrival was terrible short snappy answers from day staff Sasha. Room was in poor condition for a stay, toilet seat needed replacing,filter in air condition/heater needed changing when turned on filter dust came out, looked at filter it was completly covered in dust not changed on a regular basis, wash cloths had holes in it. I had to keep window open room had a musty smell.
