I usually do not get excited about food! This is an exception. A small Bistro with an open kitchen. The owner is the chef who sings with Sinatra and cooks! The bread was fresh and dipping oil as well. All the salad dressings are home made. I had the center cut tenderloin smothered with peppers and onions The potatoes were served with wilted spinach. The grill marks on the tenderloin wee perfect. Dressed with a balsamic reduction. Fantastic. Ended with a cannoli with ice cream. A true gem nestled in Frankfort NY. I wish I didn't live 4 hours away. I will be back!
