OMG! Teresa is amazing! The minute you meet her, she is a friend forever. Our stay was perfect because she is the perfect hostess! She is so willing to make your stay enjoyable by either providing information about the area or purchasing a specific tea for breakfast! She is a good cook as our breakfasts were freshly made, ample, and delicious. The inn is a gorgeous, period home that has been tastefully converted. It is in a residential area and is clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and relaxing. There is a huge veranda for breakfast, cocktails, reading a book, or a quiet talk. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for jogging or a stroll around the block. Before we booked, we read everyone's reviews and thought they couldn't possibly be true, but they are. The William Smith Inn is a very special place that we didn't want to leave. We are coming back for a late summer or fall visit. If you like B & Bs, this is the place for you.
