We stayed here becuase of convenience to where we need to go. What a mistake! When we arrived, the persone at the front desk said that the lower priced rooms were all taken. He offered a significant discount for the king room with a jacuzzi. I thought that this would be nice and aggreed even though it was twenty bucks more than I originally was planning on paying. The room was a bit small and cramped but was adequate for just a few hours overnight. The jacuzzi appeared nice. We filled the jacuzzi and other than a couple of hairs, appeared to be ok. We enjoyed that at the time until we drained it! Upon awakening in the morning, it was coated with some sort of nasty residue!! It was disgusting to say the least! There was not much that could be done at that point; the damage was already done. Two weeks later, low and behold we have a urinary tract infection!! So unless you plan on getting a prescription for Cipro from your doctor prior to going there, I would stay away from the damn jacuzzi tubs!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in Glens Falls area. We checked rooms online. The Quality Inn seemed to be the most reasonable and convinient. We chose a room with a Jacuzzi Wirlpool. The Front Desk Staff was very polite, friendly and very helpfull with the choice of restaurants. The room was very cozy and romantic. Very CLEAN! We were very glad to see that the room looks even better than on the pictures online! The beds had brand new bedspreads, blankets, pillows. We had a very good sleep. I wish I could buy those pillows!!! Jacuzzi was also very nice. We also had a swim in the pool. It was a little small but pretty good. Housekeeping stuff was very polite as well. Breakfast was good. There were hot and cold cereals, danishes, hard boiled eggs, some fresh fruits, yugurt, english muffins, mini muffins, etc. Breakfast area was a tiny place, but that was ok.
We had a nice pleasant stay. In addition we were surprised to find out there was a nice big mall right across the street. Definitely will be back in summer time.

This hotel needed some maintenance. Window screens were hanging away from our window. The carpet in the room was worn out and the room had a stale odor. The breakfast area was a tiny space at the front reception area. It was dirty, poorly stocked and crowded. The reception desk staff were almost hostle about getting a credit card and photo ID. Almost like they assume you are out to defraud them. Won't stay here again.

We stayed here two nights ago. It was the newest, cleanest hotel on our trip, and the least expensive. We paid 81.00 for 3 adults, and an extra 30. for the dog. No problem. We were in dirty, yucky hotels the rest of our trip, for a lot more money. The room wasn't large, but it was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for painting, but it's off season, and has to be done sometime.. no problem.
Good location, right off the interstate, Starbucks down the hill, Walmart around the corner, Target and mall across the street. It was a good area to take the dog for a walk.
We'd definitely return...

We had been researching a hotel that would be a good location for attending the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Turns out this was a great location and hotel. It was a short ride to the airport and one of the closer hotels. This hotel was definitely more upscale when you think of a Quality Inn. It was nicely decorated, 100% non smoking and each room had a refrig and microwave. Front desk was helpful in finding us adjoining rooms when we checked in. Good variety for continental breakfast. If you want a full breakfast, you can go next door to the Silo--huge breakfasts are offered. The Econo Lodge and Quality Inn share the same parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice little motel that is worth the money. It seems to be newly constructed, and the room is good. Although it is a bit small, there is a lovely large bathroom. In the morning, there was a free continental breakfast, located in the main lobby. There is a computer with internet in the lobby as well which you can use free of charge. We did not swim in the indoor pool, mostly because we had no time, but quite a few people were swimming in it each time we went by it.
Generally a good stay.

When we got their the staff were very polite. Then we went to our room and wow it was too small for two queen size beds. First thing - The windows would not open. Then we went swimming. BIG MISTAKE. Theri was so much chlorine in the pool that it burned our childrens eyes and made them have chemical burns on their legs. I told the staff and their response was it was just checked yesterday. So thinking it would go away we went to dinner. I spent the rest of the night itching and scratching and trying to soothe the burning. It even bleached out my husbands swimming trunks. Next their was no internet service. So I went to the manager the next morning and showed them my lovely rash and told them how furious I was and after basically threatening them that I would tell everyone at continental breakfast that we all had a rash from the pool they gave me a refund. Since then I have had to go to the doctors and get treatment. . DO NOT GO THERE
