“A Winner!”

Loved this restaurant....Very cool ambiance....sat at the bar for a drink as we arrived early for reservation. Could have stayed at the bar for dinner, very comfortable. Seated promptly, and enjoyed a delicious fish dinner, with very nice service. I would definitely return if ever again in the area.

“I wanted to love Noahs but....”
Reviewed 23 March 2014

We heard so much about how great Noah's was that we were thrilled to score a reservation on a Saturday evening! We got there a bit early so started with a glass of wine at the bar. Wine and service there both great. There are a combination of typical tables and a long banquet where there were many talbles for 2. We were seated smack dab in the middle of the banquet. It was very hot in the restaurant and the noise level was so high that it was difficult for my husband and I to carry on a conversation. We each ordered a salad and the olives and almonds as a taste. The olives were good but nothing special and the nuts were a disappointment. The salads were good. Everyone around us had a bottle of water on their table and for some reason we didnt' get one and had to keep asking the busboy for additional water. It was frustrating because we had to do it 3 times before he finally left the bottle on our table. It took 45 minutes for our main course to arrive. With the heat and the noise we just wanted to finish and get out of there! I had a small plate of cauliflower gratin...nothing special in fact I didn't finish it. My husband had the seafood bouillabaisse which was the highlight of the night for both of us. It was quite good. We didn't wait around for dessert and were so happy to get out into the crisp evening air. They have a fabulous sounding menu and I would consider going back and maybe eating at the bar to give it a second chance.

It was great to have a party of 6 because we tried just about everything on the menu that was seafood related.

“Great Off The Beating Path For Lunch”
Reviewed 12 March 2014

We recently went to Noah's for lunch on a nice end of winter day after walking around Greenport. It's not on Main Street so it's actually nicer to be down a quiet street and away from the crowds. The restaurant is very clean, service and attention from staff is excellent and the food is delicious. The full glass front makes the restaurant bright and it's a great place to sit by the window. Their menu is extensive with many different types of food to choose from. We enjoyed our lunch, took our time and was not rushed out so it's a great place to eat, although I found their menu a little pricey, especially for lunch.

“great lunch spot during the off-season”
Reviewed 24 February 2014

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday, February 22, 2014. The restaurant was busy, but not full. We were given a nice table by the window. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good. This restaurant offers small plates, but we went with full-size lunch entrees. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.
