Different cocktails from the norm, I tasted 3 of them and they were all equally fabulous.
As far as the food was concerned, I was worried when I looked at the menu as there were no veggie options, however the waiting staff assured me that any of the entrees could be adapted. I put them to the test and they passed with flying colours!

Waitress seemed to be rushing us out the door. The food was just alright. Corn soup was delicious. Limited menu. Probably would not go back. Dinner for two was $179 without tip which we thought was expensive.

Came here for dinner with a party of 5. There was a wedding party next to us, so perhaps this is why it was very crowded and seemed stressful for the wait staff. Food was average and wait was long. Very very loud inside and we couldn't even move, the wedding party was standing over us talking with guests as we ate, which ruined the ambiance a bit. Food was average and coupled with high prices, best I could give was three stars.

We dined at the Frisky Osyter one recent Saturday night in Greenport. The food and service were good. The fish we had was a bit dry and not as well seasoned as we would have liked, however. It was a nice dinner, but not quite up to the level we would have expected for the price.

We managed to eat at two of the "big three" places in the Village of Greenport. It is hard to imagine how this one is number three. We had a terrific meal here, the dishes well crafted and innovatively put together, clearly a true "Chef" (Bobby Beaver, Chef/Owner) created the dishes and created them well. We had lovely service as well. The place has a smart and modern vibe to it (if that is not your vision for Greenport, so be it) that is well done. We enjoyed our meal so much that we chose to return another night. Every dish (we were four so we really sampled the Menu) was fantastic, including some that others didn't seem to appreciate. We had a lovely conversation with the Chef as well who is clearly committed to fine food and drink. Make sure to get reservations. This is a place for "foodies".
