Zipping along the eastern lake shore road in search of a couple of vineyards, I almost missed Hector Falls right on the side of the road. Coming back, I pulled over for a picture but not much more as there is no place to park. The water tumbles down in a beautiful cascading manner with a swirling motion. It is an intriguing place with water falling across varied rock formations into a pool below. Turn around for an equally beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Any hope to of enjoying it in a more relaxed way is dashed by the parking challenge.
