Greenwoods Bed and Breakfast Inn

We had a lovely stay at this B&B - as others have said, the Inn and grounds are charming and immaculate. Our room and the large common areas are very comfortable and well appointed, and the deck has a view of their lake, which is home to several deer and an adorable little fawn. Mike and Lisa are the ideal hosts - friendly but not overbearing, knowledgeable, great cooks - and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. They even gifted us some pet supplies upon learning we were about to pick up a new puppy. We highly recommend this inn, its a destination itself.

We were blown away by our experience at Greenwoods. Mike and Lisa were incredibly gracious and accommodating. The b&b was full but we never had any issue with noise. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and Greenwoods is spotless and obviously immaculately cared for. The best breakfast we've ever had at a B&B. One of our best visits to a B&B in any country we've visited. Thank you and well done, Mike and Lisa!

My wife took me here for my 50th birthday, and it was such a fabulous weekend! The property is stunning, with views of the lake down in the valley, as well as the hills decked out in their fall plumage. The sounds of migrating geese echoing off the hills just added to the atmosphere. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, and some have fireplaces (ours did).Breakfasts were a real treat, with blueberry muffins (made from scratch), fresh baked bread and muffins, fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, and great coffee. The owners also packed us a great picnic basket lunch for our day sightseeing. There's a lot to see in the region, including wineries. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor, and stay here...you'll love it.

For all of the reviews that were a 5 you were right on and I agree with everything that you said. My husband and I stayed at the Timber lake Room this month for his birthday. We absolutely loved the place. Yes we heard the upstairs tenant above us very briefly but did not find it disturbing at all. All of the B&B's that I have ever stayed in do have stairs. I have stayed in several B&B's and never one this magnificient and friendly. Please remember they are opening up their home to share with us as this is not a hotel.

Room Tip: The Timberlake Room has it's own entrance so if you have trouble with stairs this is a great roo...

We stayed two nights at Greenwoods Inn while attending the PGA event in Rochester. IT is an absolutely charming, peaceful place to stay. On arrival, we were given a complete tour (including where to find the delicious fresh baked cookies!) and then left to enjoy it all in privacy, knowing we could contact Mike and Lisa for anything we might need. The breakfast was fantastic! The grounds are beautiful and the Inn is immaculate - enjoy!

The breakfasts were excellent and the room was perfect! We especially liked the access all across the northern parts of the Fingerlakes. We could get to many of the great wineries in the area, as well as enjoy nearby towns and parks. There was wonderful porches and sitting areas to enjoy at the inn. Excellent food, excellent location. The room was pretty and highly functional. A definite great romantic getaway!

We stayed at the Greenwoods Bed and Breakfast for our anniversary weekend and it was wonderful. We stayed three nights and the time there was so relaxing, the lodge just swept us away from the outside world. The hosts Lisa and Mike were very accomodating, with the special and unique breakfasts, the immaculate rooms and lobby, and that special unique touch they put in the decor and ambiance of the lodge. Very Nice!
