The ambience was basic and this was the last restaurant as you headed out of Cape point towards Bakau. Meal was basic and slightly overpriced for what you got. We had no desire to make a return visit.

Been back from The Gambia for 2 weeks now. Felt I had to tell everyone what a wonderful time we had. We went with 2 children and the Gambians were so friendly - they had a fabulous time!
We didn't have a bad meal throughout the 2 weeks. The dishes in the Chinese Restaurant 'Fang Fang' were delicious, always fresh and the staff were great. The Indian Restaurant was beautiful, again the meals were great portions and the staff were great, particularly the ones behind the bar in the evening. My favourite though has to be One For The Road - the fish yassa was probably the best meal I have ever tasted. So tasty! Everyone had a great meal and the childrens meals were brilliant too. I couldn't recomment the restaurant enough!

We first ate in this restaurant last year and it was the first place we ate this year when we returned to the Gambia.
The food is always piping hot and tasty, the service is great and the drinks are inexpensive. They also have a kids menu which is a big plus.
On average a main meal for the 3 of us with drinks was costing us approx 750-800 dalassi (£15 ish!)

Cannot understand why this little gem isnt amongst the restaurants, the food here is great, my daughter made us go there on the first night as she recalled the chicken nuggets from last year, food is always cooked fresh and a good sign its always piping hot, its also a good place to watch the world go by.
I had chicken and chips in special sauce, best ive had.
