Do not miss this hotel great value, clean comfortable. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Staff could not be more helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The front desk staff not a lot of English, but did try to understand what you wanted.

Room Tip: I stayed in two different room as I had to extend my stay, they were both quiet and comfortable

This charming hotel is directly located in the historic center of Queretaro so all the city hotspots are easy walkable from there. The rooms are very clean and come with a nice wooden furniture. Staff and management are very helpful so you feel very comfortable. The hotel also has a nice garden where you have your breakfast and can relax in the afternoon.

This is the second time we visit Quinta Lucca. I travelled with my husband and another couple. We stayed for two nights while visiting the highlights of Queretaro.

The hotel remains very well kept, excellent service, lots of character (Mexico's 70's/colonial) and cleanliness.

We found something that has slowly been disappearing in hotels around the world: coffee making facilities in the room.

Good shower and toilet, clean spacious rooms. Parking is more than adequate a few steps away.

Breakfast is included: cereal and fresh fruit but if you like, you can have a hot breakfast for an additional 45 pesos (eggs, chilaquiles, etc.).

The best thing is that it is very close to the city centre, very convenient if you want to rest or have a nap in the afternoon.

Staff are very friendly both at breakfast and at the reception.

The couryard is really nice and green.

The beds are firm but not hard, flatscreen tv with a selection of foreign and national channels.

Room Tip: Rooms 1-3 are in the passage to the garden an can be a little noisy if you are an early sleeper or l...

We stayed in the Quinta Lucca for two nights in April of 2012. Just a few blocks from Centro Historico, the Quinta Luuca provides great value for a reasonable cost. The front desk and staff were very accomodating. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. Eduardo and his brother Franco run this family owned hotel. Their mother is from Iowa and they speak both languages fluently, so they were very helpful to us given our limited Spanish vocabulary! Queretaro is a beautiful, clean city. The Quinta Lucca will be our choice whenever we return to Queretaro!

We arrived on 2/23/12 for a six night stay while attending a conference at the hotel. While the hotel is smaller than most we use for this annual conference, it was great because we took over the hotel! Breakfast on the patio and our meetings and parties in the garden! We had 32 attending our conference and I do not think there was one complaint. While there is no restaurant onsite, within steps from the front door are anything from tacos to very fine dining. Our first night Eduardo recommended Harry's Louisiana Cafe. I had already read about it on tripadvisor and wanted to go there. It was 4 blocks, easy walk and I ate there 3 nights of the six we were in Queretaro! Food was divine. One night Franco (Eduardo's brother) made us a reservation and when we arrived we were treated like royalty. The hotel is a family operation, you feel like they are your family. Nicer people you would not meet. Mother is from Iowa, sons raised in Queretaro and speak English. Our room was cleaned daily. Plenty of hot water, we were downstairs and then moved to 2nd floor so an older couple could have our room. It was quieter upstairs, but I don't think there is a bad room at all there. A couple had larger spaces and one on the patio. Loved it and would go back tomorrow! If you stay, tell them hello from LindaS from San Carlos!

Room Tip: 2nd floor more quiet. Rooms #17 and #11 are larger and 11 has a slder to the patio.

We picked out this great place based on its top review rankings on several travel websites. Even though we had very high expectations of our stay here, we were still amazed by the charming environment of the hotel and the friendly and welcoming staff.
I was to propose to my girlfriend the weekend we stayed there, and the staff of the hotel made it in unforgettable experience. Sure thing, were coming back!

Room Tip: While the queen room offers a great stay, the King room suite offers a more romantic experience
