“Nice facility - good day out for a family - if they are open”
Reviewed 10 October 2013

This is a nice government run facility - nice, clean and big with amusement park rides, plenty ot food vendors, giant swimming/aquatic facilities for adults and kids. Plenty of places to stroll and picnic. Lots of things to amuse children (miniature train, tram ride, etc.) - the only thing is the rather odd schedule - the park is only open from Thurs thru Sun and closed 3 days a week and then the pool and aquatics are closed most of the autumn, winter and spring. Odd - because in Queretaro, that is some of the best swimming weather (today October 10 for example it is sunny with 86 deg F). Meanwhile it rains almost all summer. Go figure>>>>Only the government could run something with a schedule like that

“Decent (enough) theme park”
Reviewed 29 July 2013

As the only real theme park in the city, it is very far from its distant cousins in the US, but has a nice lake, and a couple of decent rides for little children mixed with local history. The park has a big pool with slides, a train runaround that surrounds an artificial lake. Big parking. And cheap tickets all year long.

“It's okay.”
Reviewed 9 April 2013

For the area it's located, this park is pretty nice. If you're traveling around to visit amusement parks, you may want to skip this one. The park has a small selection of rides, and the coasters are sub-par. Montana Rusa is pretty rough, and you'll need a child if you want to ride Selva del Raton. My favorite attraction here was the Reptile House. It was only 15 pesos to see over 80 animals. The food selection here is a decent collection of independent food trailers. Finally, I will give this park props for keeping the place gorgeous. There are plenty of gardens and the paths were spotless.
