“Colonial Art & Architecture”
Reviewed 20 April 2014

While in Queretaro, we visited The Museum of Art April 10th and found it to be outstanding. The museum has one of the great collections of colonial art . It was the former convent of San Augustin
and the colonial architecture is also worth the visit. One had to pay an admission price of 30 pesos about less than three dollars. They also had a exhibits of modern art. The book store is worth looking at.

“Excellent Museum”
Reviewed 13 April 2014

My wife and I recently visited Queretaro Mexico. Beyond the fact that the city is beautiful, exceptionally clean and friendly, we also wanted to recommend the Museum of Arts. Such a beautiful setting and wonderful Museum. It should be on your list of places to visit in central Mexico!

“Beautiful building with interesting collection of art”
Reviewed 24 March 2014

The museum building is gorgeous--visiting to enjoy the building is almost enough. The collection is strong with regional artists who are worthy of remembrance. Definitely a can't miss if you are in Queretaro.

“Excellent museum ...”
Reviewed 3 February 2014

This museum plus the "Museo de la Ciudad" which is a more modern art museum are both excellent examples of how QRO has established itself as a wonderful tourist destination in central Mexico.

Both of these museums especially the "Museo de la Ciudad" are a must if you like art and are visiting QRO.
