“Completely Disorganized”
Reviewed 31 March 2014

I arrived at the hotel with a group of about 30. The hotel had been given notice of our arrival time, as well as of the types of rooms we had reserved. Despite this, I was told I would need to wait 2 hours for my room. Fine. I went out to eat and returned expecting to have time to rest. I had requested a "superior room" with a king bed. I was shown to a room with two doubles. I asked why I wasn't given a king and was told that there were none available. When I complained, I was told I would need to wait another hour before a room would be ready.

I was finally shown to a room with a king, with no apologies made.

If the breakfast had not been so good, and the interior so beautiful, I would have rated the hotel lower. A hotel of this caliber should not only have the requested room available at check-in time, but should also know how to handle customers more professionally. I will seek out better accommodation the next time I am in Queretaro.

Stayed at the hotel for a 5-day meeting and could not have been more impressed. The attention and friendliness of the staff is exceptional and the level of attention was remarkable.
Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed, look new and clean. Large TV.
For runners, there is the QRO 2000 park located 500 yards and getting there is safe and easy. Plenty of running paths in the park and plenty of users to feel comfortable, even at the crack of dawn.
Food was good and breakfast buffet is fantastic. This hotel is doing an outstanding job making sure that visitors will want to come back

I have stayed here twice on business in the Queretaro area. Rooms are nice and clean. Showers are big with lots of water and pressure. Breakfast has plenty of options and is fast with the buffet. There are very nice restaurants close by with a car. I only ate breakfast at the hotel. My room faced the quiet interior courtyard which was better than some others.

We were guests March 2-6 for a meeting with our sales team from Mexico. The rooms were large and every night music was playing in your room and slippers were out. The breakfast available on the 5th floor was good and the happy hour was great after a long day of meetings. The meeting rooms were nice as well. They had plenty of refreshments available for us in the morning and afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful. It was also a quick ride to the city and also to San Miguel

Room Tip: Facing the front of the hotel and try to stay on the 5th floor

The location is good. The personnel is friendly but not professional. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is poor. The room is very clean. Expect to be charged for everything you do even the use of the coffee machine in the room !

When they organize events in the restaurant they don't give priority to the residents.

You don't get what you pay for ...I will not come back.

This is a new (or recently refurbished hotel). The rooms are all comfortable and with modern décor. Views are poor, a highway junction in my case. We arrived late and had the bar food, which was not great. Then they shut the bar altogether (it was only 11.00pm). Breakfast next morning was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Anywhere that has a chocolate fountain and marshmallows at breakfast gets my vote.

All in all a comfortable place to stay if you are on business in the town..

A lovely hotel in an area close to shopping centres and also for the industrial areas for work related visits.
Rooms very nice and comfortable, breakfast was superb with everything you could imagine to eat.
Not so convenient for downtown, would have preferred to stay there, but overall a really nice hotel.
