coming from the UK the idea of 'Bed and Breakfast' conjures up ideas of clean but basic accommodation, and hearty but predictable breakfast fare. Forget all that with The Inn at Hudson!
An individual beautifully appointed home that feels like a film set for a wonderful period drama, the house is made a perfect retreat by large comfortable rooms that would be called suites in any normal establishment! Couple that with two caring considerate and larger than life hosts. This place is an experience to stay in, made better by a really delicious and thoughtful breakfast selection. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: all rooms are brilliant stay two nights you will be sad if you only stay one!

Just stayed in the green room. It was a huge space with an awesome bathroom. Fantastic property, rooms, grounds and the hosts were so friendly. Great breakfast in the morning! Close to the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. I'd love to come back in the fall to explore the area.

Spent 4 nights at the Inn as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday...and everything was just perfect! Stayed in 2 different rooms (white and cocoa)...each just as comfy and relaxing as the other. The gracious and fun loving Windle and Dini have done a fantastic job restoring their beautiful Inn and clearly take great pride in sharing it with their guests. The breakfasts were amazing...and cater to any and every food preference.
We felt so comfortable at the Inn and really felt as though we were visiting 2 cool old and dear friends at their amazing home.
Thanks for the great memories...loved every minute!!!

I stayed two nights at this absolutely fabulous place in early August. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made my stay a real joy. The house is marvelous and beautifully redone. The rooms are spacious and I love that they tried their utmost to retain the original character when renovating the house. The breakfast was great and made with a lot of love and care. I highly recommend this place, especially to people who look for a bit of character on their trips and are not too keen on chain hotels and their predictable monotony. This place has history and is very warm and welcoming.

This is a wonderful place to stay! 6 members of my family descended on this inn for a long weekend this summer and all of our needs and demands were met with graciousness and humor by our two hosts, Win and Dini and their pup Psyche. Not one of us had even a minor complaint....and that's saying something. The Inn is a beautiful old mansion that has been lovingly restored and elegantly furnished. The bedrooms (each decorated individually) are generous in size and extremely comfortable. Every room is air conditioned. There is a beautiful garden out front and a charming patio out back. Breakfast is served in a baronial, wood paneled dining room, the single long table set with gleaming silver, crystal, and good porcelain. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent too! Definitely 5 stars! Bravo!

Room Tip: There is a very large, beautiful bedroom on the first floor. The cocoa room on the second floor is extremely quiet.
