I cannot say enough good things about my stay at A Stone's Throw B&B! Both Tony & Gina could not have been any more welcoming, patient, and accommodating.
Lucky for me, Gina understood firsthand about my strict dietary limitations and is the most awesome gluten-free baker I have ever met!
The breakfast was far and away a cut above the usual b&b fare ... gourmet, unique, and elegantly presented on the wraparound porch. Complete with soft music ... we were grateful for this daily "moment of zen" before taking off each day to the loud, chaotic (but happy and joyful) Grassroots Festival. Each evening we returned to soft lights, peace and quiet before doing it all again the next day. We were also very happy to be able to refresh the freezer packs for our coolers in the small fridge freezer right in the kitchen just for us guests.
Just an example of the thought and care T & G have put into making A Stone's Throw a real find. Add to that a spotless room that was tastefully decorated and you understand why I rate this place twelve stars.
I briefly considered finding a place a little closer to the Festival for next year but after spending three nights there, I must admit I am hooked and will return. I just hope this little gem will not become so popular I get shut out!
