I've been here for several recent exhibits (two on quilts alone!) as well as a public reflection on the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The History Center works to show the relevance of local and national history to current residents and visitors. It doesn't have a huge budget, but its exhibits are insightful and well done. It has a gift shop with local books and Ithaca Cats (if you don't know what they are, you need to find out!). It's worth a visit.
