Small collection, mostly Asian in content. Small collection in a small building, great views from 5 floor. Half of the museum was closed off, elevators out of order, parking was limited at best. If your a huge fan, go, otherwise there are other things to do. Located right on campus of Cornell.

Arts not bad but views are amazing. Don't miss the big bench/light outdoor exhibit on the 2nd floor. Room in lower level with a slightly strange collection of artifacts. Worth the free admission.

An interesting and eclectic mix of art spanning several thousand years. We enjoyed driving through the beautiful campus at Cornell University. The museum is very accessible. We enjoyed a quick hour tour of the museum and could have easily spent another couple of hours.

We snagged a parking spot in front, otherwise we would have kept going. The art is mildly interesting and can be gone through quite quickly. The views from the top are impressive, but in Ithaca, there are views everywhere. Give it short visit - you won't be disappointed.

The comments from other reviewers are “spot-on”

Parking - Very limited don’t expect to get one of the few parking spots. There are about five right in front and a few more on the other side of the road. We found this common all over the campus. The staff at the desk was very helpful and provided change for the parking meters.

Security - Somebody wrote “Security is tight, watching like a hawk and even following you around to make sure you don't touch or take pictures of anything not allowed.” That was my experience too.

Photos - Some exhibits on the 2nd and 5th floor allow for pictures without flash. Unlike most museums the signs regarding cameras are very discrete.

The Museum - The Building itself is a piece of art and the views are great. I found the exhibition of Asian art to be especially interesting.
