-and there was get rejoicing at the return of the Dairy Bar! It is now a shiny, high tech place, with video monitors and lots of stainless steel (the old "rustic" place that could've been the inside of a barn is no longer), but we had some delicious sandwiches (try the muffuletta sandwich!), and the ice cream is, of course, good! The ice cream is being made by Perry's with Cornell, but in the coming months, the ice cream will be from the Cornell dairy. They're also selling Big Red Cheddar and cheese curds, and yogurt from the Cornell Dairy -pretty cool! I generally do not eat much dairy foods, but for the occasional treat, the Dairy Bar is great!
