I wasn't expecting a little house, but that's what we got. I took my son and a classmate on college visits and happened upon the recommendations of others on tripadvisor and took a chance. Two bedrooms, a kitchen, and unusual bathroom (shower on one side of the hallway and powder room opposite - NOT a dealbreaker). Plenty of space. It "felt" family-friendly - like I should have brought more people, just because.
The property is older, the decor is dated, and it's definitely not part of a chain. For a good, honest accommodation, though, this was on the mark.
