We stayed at this hotel before/after our flight to Munich Germany. The shuttle service to the airport was great, our car was parked at the hotel so we did not have to worry about finding a parking garage for long-term stay at the airport. The staff was helpful when we inquired about going into Manhatten to see the 911 memorial.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, my room was nicely decorated and very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant and the waitress was fantastic and friendly and the food was also nicely prepared. I would certainly stay there again and will be recommending this hotel to my friends.

I work for an airline, and use the same hotels and this being one of them. This was our 2nd time using this for an event, and we had some issues checking in. They could not find our reservations but thankfully they had available space. We had to wait about 1 hour for them to book 3 rooms, and get things together. The manager was very kind and helpful as was Mirely at the front desk. My sales contact was Zaida, and she more then made up for the issues we had during checkout, and with our meeting space. We will use this hotel again.

On Oct 12,2013, this hotel left 70+ of us stranded because the "switched systems" when Radisson took over. Our reservations were made online through Hotels.com but it didn't matter, our reservations along with the rest of many others (77+) were not honored. We slept in the lobby, no place to stay, everything was sold out in the area. No help, no assistance whatsoever, no concern, terrible management, we were all exhausted and furious. We have pictures of the chaos and will send directly to corporate for their review. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had stop in New York at JFK and decided to stay the night.
I booked a room at Radisson JFK. The Front Desk Staff was friendly and I my check in was fast.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as I am a light sleeper.
I had the breakfast buffet and it was very good, with lots of variety of items.
I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.
