“Stay and Fly”

Nice hotel with convenient stay and fly package. We stayed at this clean hotel for one night, and we left our car in their safe hands for another 6 days afterward. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two double room, and it was clean and well maintained. We were offered a free breakfast early in the morning prior to our flight out. Nice selection for continental breakfast, and hot breakfast items became available after 7am. The hotel shuttle runs every half hour, and plan ahead because it can easily get filled up with guests who are doing the same stay and fly package. Definitely happier to get shuttled to the airline terminal versus parking at the airport's long-term parking and dealing with the AirTrain.

We called the hotel when we arrived back at JFK, and they had our car parked in the front of the hotel when we arrived.

No complaints, and definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here for one night as we had a flight from JFK in the AM. The pick-up and drop off were easy, especially if you understood the airtram location. Room was very clean and efficient. We had a good night sleep, got our wake up call and breakfast, and back to the airport in perfect time. We will definitely use them again if we have a long time between flights at JFK.

Stayed here one night en route to San Juan, PR. Hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (it also offers a free ride to the nearby Green Acres Mall twice a day which was great). Room was nice and clean and the service was great. Breakfast was also very good and the restaurant food and service was good as well. The hotel is located a bit far from the Time Square area and any other of the main attractions, but if that's not the sole purpose of your stay, it's a great hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is a nice hotel. Their shuttle is punctual and reliable. It will pick you from the Federal Circle, but while dropping you, it will drop you right to your terminal. The hotel staff is really friendly and pleasant to deal with. They accommodate your needs. We arrived at 11 AM as we didn't face much traffic from our drive from Fairfield Inn Mahwah. It was way earlier than their checkin time, but the lady at the reception gave us a nice room that was ready, which allowed us to get some rest. Their TVs are huge and have an HD Direct TV connection. Exceptional picture quality and 5-6 HBO channels so passing time is really easy. They also have a microwave in case you are in a mood for some ready to eat cuisine. The front desk staff provided a few menus and recommendations, and that worked out well too. They also have a restaurant that serves dinner but we didn't try it out. However, having a dine-in option at your hotel is certainly a convenience. Finally their breakfast spread, though limited was decent with many healthy options available. We enjoyed our stay here and will definately stay here again if in the area.

A late afternoon arrival, for an overnight and early morning departure. A friend dropped us off, so no problems with car or parking. Very pleasant reception area - and nice efficient staff at check-in. Very comfortable bedroom on 3rd floor, with more than adequate bathroom. The things that surprised us - 1) the restaurant on first glance looks a bit like a staff canteen - basic furnishings - but service was excellent and food was tasty and plentiful (and value), 2) 5:30am shuttle bus was not only dead on time and very quick, but since the BA terminal was having some construction work done we had to be dropped off at Arrivals rather than Departure level, so driver actually grabbed our cases and took them into the terminal leading us to the elevator we needed to use to get to Departures. Very happy with our stay.

My parents stayed on points at this hotel last weekend after a late arrival from California. At 6:40 in the AM they called their room to tell them that they didn't have enough points in their account to cover the room (untrue-it would never have been booked otherwise) and that their credit card was declined (also should not have happened). When my father asked why they were calling at that hour (3:40 California time) the person explained that they were trying to close out their books.
Obviously the management at that time was sub-par and improperly trained and probably irremediable if they could possibly conduct business in that way.

Room Tip: unplug your phone for a good nights sleep, and sound proof the door as they'd probably knock if...

The only reason I'd imagine staying at a hotel like this is if I was flying in/out of JFK. There is nothing wrong with the hotel (it was actually really nice) but in terms of location, it's not as if JFK is positioned in the world's most fantastic place.
As far as the hotel, it was really nice. Smaller rooms (at least mine was pretty small) but everything seemed new/up to date, and clean.
Breakfast in the morning was nice.. I was leaving around 4am so I only had the continental breakfast, but it was still really nice, with fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, etc.

The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and helped me get checked in quickly (since I was really only staying at the hotel for a total of like 6 hours) so I could get to bed.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am leaving out of/flying into JFK.
