DeJuan is amazing. Accommodated ALL our requests and anticipated most of our questions. I normally get a non smoking room but took a smoking room so we could check in earlier. Next time I will wait fore non smoking :-) The shuttle service was convenient and courteous. If you need to stay next to the airport, stay here.

The manager of this hotel went above and beyond expectations. My daughter missed her flight from Paris and the next available flight required her to stay overnight in New York. Her phone, money, credit card and ATM card had been stolen earlier.

She arrived in New York with just 5 euros in her pocket. Not only did the manager take the necessary steps to insure my daughter was able to charge meals, etc. to the room, she gave $20 of her own money to my daughter so she would have some money to complete her journey.

Her kindness provided some sunshine to an otherwise stormy experience.

Arrived late after a torturous 24 hr flight from Australia on 5th April 2014.
It was close to 11pm and the bar was about to stop serving food however the check in staff were excellent and arranged for 2 meals to be cooked and they placed our drinks order.
This enabled us to take our bags to the room, shower and then relax with a bar service meal and a drink.
Hotel is modern with nice well decorated rooms with comfy beds.
We had a couple of slight issues that were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Asia and Destini, what a credit to Hilton these two were, very friendly and professional.
Would definitely stay there again.

Such a wonderful hotel, the staff were kind, helpful and very friendly. The environment was soothing and relaxing. the quality of the rooms were fantastic, my family and I had such a wonderful night of the sleep here. Excellent service!

Excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We (family of 4) stayed for one night before departing on a trip from JFK. The staff was extremely helpful in getting our things settled and our car parked securely in the pouring rain. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was easy and runs frequently straight to the gate. Excellent start to the vacation!

Arrived in the evening prior to departing JFK the following morning. Room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Staff at reception and in bar very friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle service to airport every 30 mins, 24 hours a day and we were dropped outside our terminal. Could not fault our stay. Would highly recommend as an airport stopover hotel.

Two thumbs up for the front desk and long-term parking at HIlton Garden Inn! We found them online. Like the other off-airport lots, they were cheaper than on-airport; not the cheapest, but had the last availability. The lot, if full, is a little tight. BUT, excellent customer service will bring us back here:
1) Road construction delayed our arrival. Then we missed the turn for the Hilton Garden Inn (note: ignore the Google maps directions for seemingly nonexistent street signs - just turn at "Airport Hotels" on the right just before the airport). Frazzled, with little time to spare, we called the phone number listed on our deposit receipt and got Destini at the front desk. She was terrific! Stayed on the phone with me for close to 15 minutes as I relayed her directions (repeatedly) to my driving husband and we made our way through the airport and back to their property. Never did she seem impatient even as she was helping people at the desk.
2) In our hurry we left a window open in the car (it was parked for 9 days!). We thought we were coming back to bad news when we spotted the plastic taped over the open window. But, no glass. Nothing missing. We don't know who spotted it (another parking customer or the Hilton's security?), but the car was covered and dry when we got to it.

While you were away, security did find your window open. The Front Office had Engineering tape it up due to the rain forecasted and felt the car would be more secure.
