“A very nice hotel”

First the service was very nice and professional. The staff asked all the right questions and that made it easier to talk to them.

One of the staff members was so very nice her name was Smita. She was a real sweet and took care of anything that I needed.

You don't see that at other hotel's and I travel at least 25 times a year.

We arrived from Italy and after clearing Customs and Immigration, were pretty tired and a bit hungry. We followed the instructions from the hotel web site and took the Airtrain to the Federal Circle stop, where the Hilton Garden Inn van appeared almost immediately. Check-in was friendly, helpful, and quick and our room was quite nice. We were hungry, so took advantage of the lobby restaurant for a light meal before crashing. The food was good, although it took a while to prepare. The room was comfortable in every respect. The hotel shuttle took us directly to our departure terminal, which avoided the additional time of the Airtrain. My only problem was that I thought breakfast was included, but it was not. Not a big deal, though.

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They remembered my name and called me by my name each time they saw me. They made me feel very valued. Having a restaurant was a plus. The business center was good and the fitness center looked very nice (although I did not use it).

This hotel is clean. Staff friendly. Food is Delicious and reasonable. My suggestion for the hotel is the restaurant area is designed well but is cold feeling. It needs to be more cozy. As a weekly traveler, I like to have a glass of wine and relax at the end of the day. The bar/restaurant feels as if you are on display in a cafeteria and there really aren't many other selections close by.

This hotel is close to JFK what makes it convenient for an overnight stay between flights.
Rooms show some age and need a refurbishment.
My very good note is basically for the staff and food. The food at the bar was very good for this type of hotel and staff was helpful and attentive.
Free wifi is a plus on a business trip.

After a long hard flight from Morocco with multiple handicap passengers and a missed flight in NYC we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn just outside the airport for an early morning flight out. We arrived late. The hotel staff were very helpful finding us a wheel chair and food. Big shout out to Christina Plaza, Ekbal, Shibbir and Destini who went above and beyond to assist us during our unplanned layover.

Great hotel and excellent service at Front Desk and Dining Area. Vinny the Food Mgr and Somita Front Desk Mgr were excellent. Stayed a week while working in NY and will be back next month for a 2 week stay for work again. Wish they had a pool and/or some outside patio area. Maybe rooftop. Need additional parking too.
