“You can sleep here - but that's it”

We where booked here on a business trip, and thought we stayed one more day to explore NY so we did not have to switch hotel - not a good idea

This hotel works if you land with a late flight or have to leave early - but that's it. We also had a quite noisy room from the planes, so not best sleeping conditions either.

Very clean, well-appointed, friendly hotel. Appreciate the free coffee in the lobby and the well-equiped gym. Stayed one night during a layover, and while the van that picked me up at JFK was a bit shabby (homemade sign in the window), the hotel itself was recently renovated and very nice. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, but very close to JFK, and clearly that's what matters. Don't forget you have to take the Air Train to Federal Circle to pick up hotel shuttles, but they will drop you back off at your departure terminal directly.

My Husband and I stayed at this Hilton Garden inn on the night before a flight and the night we returned.
This was July 20 and 26.
We found this property to be comfortable and satisfied our travelling needs.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was efficient.
One thing that really impressed me was the quality of the bed linens- crisp and clean!
We would definitely recommend this hotel to people travelling through JFK.

I stayed here for 6 days with my son. We were greeted at the entrance by Junior who welcomed us and also said if we needed anything to let him know. The check in process went very smoothly and the person who checked us in also made us feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was great the breakfast cooked to order was great as well. Nothing like a fresh omelet. Vinny also made sure I had a diet coke with my meal. Overall the whole staff really cared about their guests.

Room Tip: Our view wasn't that great because there is a Sheraton Hotel right next door and so you just see...

Location was convenient for Airports (flew in to JFK and out of La Guardia) and Yankee Stadium (main purpose for visit). Staff were friendly and engaging. Neat and compact so it felt more like home than a hotel.

We arrived having driven up from Washington DC and a bit fraught after our Sat Nav went mad and decided to take us via Manhattan etc during rush hour. This was the last stop on a 10 day sight seeing holiday to NYC and DC.

Anyway on arrival we were delightfully greeted, quickly checked in and I was helped to my room with all the bags as my husband was taking the car back to the hire company which was just around the corner.

We had a very early flight back to LHR in the morning so we ate dinner and went to bed. We really were exhausted.

The room wasn't huge, but it was comfortable and clean. Most of all we had a decent nights sleep and a nice shower in the morning.

I would stay here again if in the same situation, it was very convenient for the car hire company and with the shuttle bus to the airport, it really took the hassle out of the early morning start.

You know in New York the rooms limited, expensive, and small. This was none of those had the nice bar and food setup by the lobby like most and convient check in. The only problems I seen was limited parking which I didn't have to do, confusion with shuttle service to hotel, and hotel not having suites but I understand due to the size. Hotel staff is very friendly and can't be better. And if u looking for something close to the airport no place u would rather be.
