We booked our stay on hotels.com and there was an error communicating the reservation to the hotel. This was compounded by the fact that JFK was shut down by a snowstorm, so rooms were in short supply. In spite of the difficulty, Kamyra at the front desk cheerfully and competently arranged our stay, dealing with our frustration with empathy. Once we had checked in, we found that all the staff were welcoming and cheerful in spite of the blizzard conditions outside. We would stay here again and would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at JFK
