Wow!!! I did not expect to be so happy with the Tiki Resort! The rooms are amazing with super comfy beds. My 5 yr old had a wonderful time. i would have given 5 stars but the only disappointment was the dinner Polynesian show was not on. Only tiny problem is the indoor pool is ice cold! I had to leave after 15 mins with my daughter. And there are no elevators--3 flights of walkup! There is a playground onsite and short walk to great restaurants. Love the decor and the staff is very friendly.

Room Tip: The rooms closer to the lobby will guarantee you a short walk to the indoor & outdoor pool.

This is absolutely not the place to stay if you get put in the motel part of the resort. We got stuck on the second floor with very difficult stairs to climb. The room was dingy, cold, tile floors and didn't smell all that great. Not a very good experience.

Room Tip: If you can stay in the main building you would be ok.

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. The hotel is clean and the room was nice and comfy. The village is a 10 min walk away. I would go back there. There is a breakfast restaurant in the hotel, wasn't impressed with it, but it was close to closing for the season.

Like most of the people who wrote a message here, I can only say good things about this hotel.

My husband & I were there overnight. It was good for the price & for 1 night it was fine. It was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The rooms could use some updating. We had a room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. My husband who is 5'8" was almost as tall as the shower head. Both the commode & sink were so low as if made for midgets. There was a safe, iron & ironing board in the room. The one thing that caught my attention was that there weren't any rugs. The floors were tiled which, according to my thinking, could be kept cleaner & little chance of bedbugs. The only downside is that the floors are cold so foot covering is suggested. There is a dining room but we didn't eat there so we don't know how the food is.

Excellent location. Found through coupon book at New York Welcome Center at special rate of $49.99 for 2 dbl. ground floor. This is off season(Sept. 24) , outdoor pool closed however the indoor was open along with the restaurant. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Close to many attractions n the lake itself. Quite quiet considering it was high occupancy during our stay. The breakfast was reasonable but while in the area try some of the other breakfast places.
The pool n swing set is a plus for people with families.
They also do a show in the evening ( which we didn't see) n have a bar for adults. The pool side service was a plus. The rooms were standard, clean and the bathroom everything worked.
A good stay overall.
