My girlfriend and I stayed here for IMLP 2014. We stayed for one week, and overall it was a very nice stay. The property was lovely and we were very excited to be right on Paradox Bay, which is connected to Lake Placid. Super easy paddling to the lake, which has magnificent views. We stayed in a cabin, which had a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms -- each with their own restrooms! What a nice little surprise as we were expecting only one restroom for some reason. When friends of ours joined us for the weekend, they had their own space which was appreciated by everyone.
Management and housekeeping were nice -- We particularly enjoyed the man with the British accent. I wish I had the opportunity to speak with him more, as I was under the impression he was an owner of the property. Perhaps the next time we stay here we will. They called every morning to check to see if we wanted housekeeping. This was a nice touch as we are not messy people so housekeeping wasn't necessary on any of the days (in our opinion). We did at certain times feel pressured to have the cleaning staff come in.
Overall a nice property, well kept. Would recommend this place.
