Great little restaurant with a very creative vegetarian menu. Very fresh foods. There are new, delicious offerings every day and it can be hard to choose. Not a lot of table space but still worth checking it out.

One of my favorite spots to go to for a quick, healthy and fresh lunch. Always using fresh ingredients and can count of great quick service.

We  have eaten at this restaurant on two trips - one in the winter, one in the summer. The biggest problem is choosing between menu items. Whether you are vegetarian or just like reallly flavorful fresh food, you wll appreciate this restaurant. Eat in or outside if the weather is nice, or take out. This is fresh food prepared quickly - and while you are waiting, a smalll bowl of toasted sunflower seeds to munch on. if only this restaurant was in every major and minor city on every corner instead of those other quick food places. Most receently i had a portobella sandwich and my husband had the cauliflower nuggests on polenta. both were flavorful - the cauliflower and polenta a little spicy.  If you have just one lunch in Lake Placid, eat here.

Thanks to fellow Tripadvisor travelers for the nod to this little vegetarian gem. Almost hidden in plain sight on the main street (we drove right past it twice!), this healthy, tasty place is worth looking for. The small menu changes often I'm told, but the food is fresh, interesting, and good. The food was being prepared by some lovely ladies on our visit, who took time to explain the ingredients, and clearly cared about cooking whole foods. We had substantial veggie burgers on focaccia (very dense bean-based burgers on crispy homemade bread) and a delicious kale ceasar salad. Tiny, narrow eating area, and a couple small tables outside, so we had them pack us to go, and had a picnic at the nearby John Brown Historic Site. The ladies had included a surprise complementary dessert. Yes, please!

Healthiest place in town for lunch. Simple small space very clean in the heart of town. Food comes out fast and ideal place to order to go and eat on the lake. Gluten free, vegan or vegetarian, closes by 5pm in case you want to take back to your hotel for a light dinner before another day of activity, The daily salad/grain bowl my favorite.
