It was a pleasure to have the comfort and service the Hyatt Hotels provide for their guests.
Staff accommodating only draw back is accessing the hotel off of Rt 87. Prior to moving to Clifton
Park from down state we used the Hyatt as a go to place to relax.

My wife and I stayed here for a night while we were guests at a wedding in Saratoga. We were highly satisfied and this hotel has met the high standard we have for Hyatt. It was opening weekend for the racecourse and the hotel was at capacity with many wedding guests checking in early. The rooms and lobby were clean, there is a coffee bar in the lobby. During track season the concierge operates a free shuttle between the racetrack and the hotel, whom also drove us back to the hotel after the wedding. All in all, we were very happy.

Be forwarned the hotel is out in the sticks and there is nothing at the exit so don't expect to walk any where.

The Hyatt Place could not have been nicer. The check-in staff was polite and efficient. The rooms (I had booked three) were comfortable. The bathroom area is a little cramped, but certainly fine for one. The showers (no tubs) have a rainfall head, which is very nice. Parking is very convenient. There are many little touches that are much appreciated: free ear buds are available for use in the exercise room (e.g., the treadmills have built in tv's), and there are three complimentary newspapers from which to choose--USA Today, the local paper, and the WSJ! The breakfast buffet had some novel items and all the predictable ones. Unfortunately, the only coffee served in Starbucks. Also, yogurt is available, but only from family-style bowl, and there is no "lite" choice. I would not hesitate to recommend this find to a friend, and would gladly stay here again.

Stayed just one night. The room was unexpectedly large (got two queens), very clean, and quiet. The breakfast was awesome. Many hotels now offer a free breakfast buffet. Some are just OK, many are awful. This one is really good. Make no mistake--this is not the same as restaurant breakfast. But, the food was good, coffee was decent, fruit was fresh, and the place was clean and well stocked. I have no complaints. Next to the highway, but not near much of anything else. 15 minutes to Saratoga Springs.

The Hyatt Place in Malta, New York is simply splendid! We, 2 adults and 4 teenagers, drove to New York for a concert in Saratoga Springs. Our first hotel we chose turned out to only have one vacancy left, so we chose the Hyatt in replacement with 2 separate rooms. We spent Friday night through Sunday morning there. We left around 8pm Friday night -for less traffic- and checked in about 1am. When I went inside to see if we were able to check in with our reservations, the lady at the desk was wide awake and very helpful despite it being so late at night. Our rooms were very intricated. For the wall between the couch and bed, was a sturdy painting you could call it. It completed the whole room! The bathroom on the other hand had a clear shower door. I am usually used to curtains on showers not glass. With the glass door shut, there was about 1/4 of an inch between the bottom of the glass and the step so water drops could easily escape. We threw a towel under the step so water would not be all over the floor. Also, when you flush the toilet, it makes a strange groggy sound that last about 2-4 minutes. I'm not sure if all the toilets were like that but both of our rooms had that problem. During our stay, we encountered a small problem. Our youngest, age 13, locked one room door from the inside then left using the door that connects the other room. We did not realize she made this mistake until we came back after dinner. We quickly notified the same woman at the desk that checked us in. She was very quick in helping us unlock the door. While 3 teenagers, a friend, and I were at the concert, the other teenager we brought along stayed in the hotel. He said the maid cleaned and tidied up the rooms great. Also on Saturday morning, 3 of us went down to the breakfast room in the hotel. The website said breakfast ended at 11am so we went down around 10:30am. Everything was gone and put away. We were the only people in there with our pajamas on. Turns out breakfast ends at 10am and not 11am. We decided on eating at a diner after we checked out on Sunday. Our stay was expensive, but very enjoyable. I reccomend this hotel to anyone planning on traveling to this destination.

Room Tip: Free breakfast ends at 10AM, not 11AM.

We've stayed here multiple times. We really like it because it's in between Saratoga and Albany, NY. We typically go a couple of times a year for shopping and this is a great location. The breakfast is really outstanding, had low expectations but it was really good. Also really enjoy the pool and hot tub. Overall a great hotel and affordable! The rooms are HUGE. Comfortably fit 4 adults.

We recently stayed here after catching a show at SPAC. The front desk staff were friendly and provided helpful local navigation tips. The lobby area is sleek and they always offer complimentary Starbucks coffee and Tzao tea.
Our second floor room was massive in size, almost comically so. Perhaps the rooms at the ends of the hallways are more spacious. The walk in shower was nice and bed was comfortable but some of the furnishings were worn out (couch and carpet).
The complimentary breakfast was not bad. The egg sandwich was tough but the fresh fruit was great. The pool and gym areas are clean.
Overall, it was an above average stay, however the price was a bit steep, which was expected (weekend/concert night).
