Eight of us went to Piccolo's on a Saturday nite. The table next to us was loud and boisterous, so conversation was not easy. Once they left, it was more pleasant. The shrimp appetizer in sherry sauce was small although it came out hot. The breaded veal cutlet with bruchetta was excellent as well as the linguini in white clam sauce [whole, large clams included]. Service was good although our waiter had several large tables, so service became spotty. Even the owner came to our table and offered assistance which was appreciated.
