This restaurant is far too good to limit the description to a sushi bar. While they do have superb sushi and sushimi, it is the rest of their extensive and unusual fusion menu that make them absolutely the best.
Starting with the house made fried gyoza (dumplings) and spare ribs and on to their choices of wonderful lo mein with portions too large to finish, their product, flavors, textures et all are wonderful. Their fish dishes are always the freshest and their meats are fresh and well cooked.
The service is really great with a young, energetic and attentive wait staff. We have sampled the menu on several occasions as have our sons and their families who live in the area and all of us have yet to be disappointed. Its worth our trip from Rockland County across the river just to have the experience.
