Description: With 16 taps of fresh craft beer and hundreds of bottles of the finest beers from around the world, Growler & Gill is the perfect destination for devoted beer enthusiasts as well as newcomers to the pleasures of craft beer. Our establishment is aptly named; you’re invited to sample our selections on-premise in a “gill”—the British equivalent of a 4-ounce glass and fill up a “growler,” a 64-ounce glass refillable jug. Stop in and enjoy a pint, have a cold bottle from our coolers or mix a six-pack of your favorite microbrews to go. Not surprisingly, our bar menu was created with beer in mind— a delicious twist on traditional pub fare that pairs perfectly with every craft beer we serve.Stop in and visit us to see what all the buzz is about and why Growler & Gill is becoming the destination of choice for craft beer lovers in the Tri-state area.

Stopped in after shopping. Pleasantly surprised with the options from the local brewers. Food was great, dessert was great. Only complaint is the volume of the live music. Love having live music, but the volume was not conducive to conversation.

This is a nice place to go with friends and have a nice beer. I especially like the fact that they allow you to taste the beer before you buy it.

Great offerings of craft beers, great pub food (unique choices), staff is knowledgable. If it's super busy table service can be so so, Wednesday is busy it's trivia nite but it's fun. My friends & I are regulars - great place to hang with friends! Totally unpretentious atmosphere. Love it!

At the risk of sounding repetitive, this is a great little craft beer joint. They have 16 beers and ciders on tap that rotate. They also have some decent wines for those who don't care for beer. And the beer...the taps run the full range, from light ales to hearty stouts. You are welcome to taste any or all that you'd care to. There is a great selection. You can also purchase a four beer flight. Other reviewers are correct in saying that you're not going to find a sit-down restaurant type menu, but who would expect to? What they do offer (fries, sliders, pretzels, brats and other bar bites,) is excellent. Whatever you do, do not, I repeat, DO NOT try the beer infused brownie served with ice cream! If you do, it's at your own risk. That was one of the most awesome desserts that my wife and I have had in a long time. The service was cheerful. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Growler also stocks quite a nice selection of craft beers in bottles from around the world, not to mention homebrew stuff. All in all, it's a great place for a great beer and an awesome snack. We'll definitely be going back and taking friends!
