We stayed in the English Tea Rose room over Veteran's Day a few weeks ago while we were in town visiting family. This was the best B&B experience we've ever had. Having a shared bathroom was a non-issue for us. It was convenient to our room and well appointed. The bedroom itself was big and full of natural light. The bed and bedding felt luxe as did the area rugs at bedside so our bare feet touched warm carpet before they did the cooler hardwoods. Best of all was breakfast! I've never had creamier eggs. The little pumpkin loaves were great and I loved the eggs, tomato and basil feast served up. My partner loved the eggnog pancakes with real maple syrup and thick cut bacon and he had no problem helping me "finish" my plate. Our hosts were friendly and helped us map out our wine tasting route which was greatly appreciated. Bottom line, we absolutely recommend this B&B and we will never stay at the rotten chain hotel in Newark again!

Room Tip: Some rooms have full-sized beds and others have queens so read the room descriptions carefully.

I am working in Newark on a temporary basis, and I needed to find a good alternative to the hotel for when I stayed overnight. I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vintage Gardens, the house is impeccably clean and well-appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. The wireless internet is fast and stable and allowed me to work from my room very easily. Breakfast was always fantastic, and Kimberlee is a pleasure to have as a host. I would recommend this to anyone as an alternative to the hotel.

My wife and i have been to this b&b for 5 years in a row for many reasons. The Asian Lilly suite is perfect for couples. The location is perfect, set in the middle of all the 4 major lakes. Beautiful town (Newark) that has all of the essential needs for traveling, gas, groceries, dining, etc. Most importantly the owners of Vintage Gardens are committed to make sure you get to see the best of Fingerlakes. They know every last corner of the region and will help guide your vacation all while making the best breakfast food you will ever get at any b&b.

This was our first stay at Vintage Gardens and we would definitely stay here again! Michael & Kimberly were wonderful hosts and the house was just beautiful! We loved hearing the history of the house and admiring all the hard work they put into restoring it. Our room was spacious and comfortable with it's own private bath. Our full breakfast was wonderful both mornings before we headed out on our wine trail adventures! Kimberly told us of some beautiful waterfalls in the area and different wineries to try! The wine trail card they included offered great discounts or free tastings at area wineries! Loved meeting their dogs too! We would highly recommend this B&B!

This is our second stay at the Vintage Gardens B&B, this time just one night while visiting the finger lakes region. What a lovely, clean and well appointed B&B, it is quite a little treasure tucked in a neighborhood in Newark, NY. Loved the chocolate chip cookies in the room upon our arrival.
The breakfast was wonderful. The room was so clean and the hosts think of all the little details to make it a nice get-away. It was all decorated for the fall season!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Garden room on the first floor, with an attached bathroom. Although the room was s...

Our weekend stay at Vintage Gardens was wonderful. Our hosts were very accommodating with times for our breakfast as we were attending an early morning racing competition. The food was incredible and there was plenty of it! Each afternoon when we returned to our room there were fresh baked goodies waiting for us (even gluten-free as I had requested!). Kimberly and Michael were hospitable and helpful and wonderful hosts. Their home is very historic and homey as well. The gardens are wonderful to stroll through while enjoying the quiet beauty.

Room Tip: We shared the bathroom with another couple we were traveling with so that was fine. If you are trav...

While visiting different wine trails of the Finger Lakes, we stayed at the Vintage Gardens B&B. What a great place to stay. We chose the wine package and could not have been more pleased. Everything about the stay was exceptional. Kimberly and Michael made us some wonderful breakfast treats that we had never had before. This is one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in. We look forward to our next visit.
