We had a terrible experience with this hotel. Starting with the front desk and reservations. I received a very poor attitude by everyone that I came into contact with. Shocked that the actual manager told me (in a strong foreign accent) that if I didn't like the way he operates his franchise that I could alert corporate ! So I attempted to contact them a few times and on my last attempt I did get a person on the phone. He was pleasant hose rev couldn't offer much in terms of assistance , claiming each property is independently owned and operated .
I think rude customer service should not be tolerated or acceptedMore
