There is absolutely nothing good to say about this place. There were mice turds everywhere! No glasses in the room. We had to go to the front desk for ice and get styrofoam coffee cups. We didn't even shower in this place for fear of what might come out of the faucets. Just absolutely disgusting. Unless you are extremely desperate, don't stay in this stomach turning dump.

Room Tip: When you see the Red Carpet sign, don't stop!

booked the room ahead and we were stuck with it, everything worked in the room and the man on front desk was vey nice, but the room needed an up date and a good cleaning bathroom s filthy , would not recommend this place there are to many others to choose from in this area.

The hotel was very easy to find, clean, quiet. Check-in was quick and simple, the room was clean. We loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave since we had leftovers from dinner. we had a great time ! Wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and quite knowledgeable of the area. They told us of all the interesting places to go...

I stayed here November 15, 2013 with two friends. We booked the "family suite" with three double beds. The room was not a "suite" as advertised. It was a room with three beds and a couple chairs that looked like they were picked up from the dump. We booked online at booking.com and the photos shown on that website certainly did not give an accurate depiction of how dilapidated this hotel is.

It was COLD outside and our room heater did not work properly. We had to ask for extra blankets and later that night we actually went shopping to buy more blankets to try to stay warm. In the morning we actually notice what appeared to be a bullet hole in one of the windows above one of the beds. Although we were booked for two nights, we checked out in the morning and were only offered $10 off the price of the room. We were cold and tired and just wanted to get as far away from this dump as we could. We went across the street to a decent place for the same price. I have not even mentioned that the bathroom was so disgusting that I would not shower my dog there.

One of the people in the group actually tried to put in a complaint to the BBB and the hotel operators tried to say that we had originally booked a room with two beds and we changed our plans at the last minute, requesting a room with three beds and they were not prepared for us. This is absolutely false. We were booked three weeks in advance for the room with three beds. This did not get anywhere as we were told that since we accepted the offer of $10 off. All we really want is to let people know that no matter how cheap this place appears to be, it just is not worth it.

We were 4 people and booked for 2 nights, the room were ugly but cheap so we stayed, bad mistake, the first nite i heard a noise, but wasnt sure, to tired to investigate, the second day they didnt made the bedroom, the excuse:"we didnt knew if you were in the room", was the answer of the administrator, we said ok, you get what you paid, but that night before falling sleep i saw a hole in a wall, so i thougth, nah its just my imagination, but just in case i blocked the hole with a smashed coke can, and at 2 am, surprise, a noise from the can, and i saw a mouse, i cant believe that this hotel is still open, filthy, bad service, the worst place i've stayed in my life!!!

Room Tip: DO NOT GO THERE!! terrible service, dangerous for your health

I don't know how that place is operational. I was not familiar with the area and was desperate for a room cause it was nearly 10 pm and I needed to sleep. Needless to say I was up and out around 8 am. I didn't sleep well worrying about bugs and mites. The room was stuffy and trust me, it does not look like the pics. It's a place to stay if you need a bed but I don't recommend it if you have kids or need a restless night's sleep.

My girlfriend and I decided to try Hotwire.com for our recent Niagara vacation. What a HUGE mistake! We were booked at the Red Carpet Inn & Suites for $113. The rooms were absolutely disgusting with stains on the walls and furniture. The general facilities were as well. We had to move rooms three times due to problems. Once we were settled into our final room, we went out for the day to return and realize that the lock on our door didn't work! That's right, our motel door did not lock! We could have had ALL of our stuff stolen. Do yourself a favour and pay an extra twenty or thirty dollars and stay somewhere clean and respectable!
