“Majestic and amazing”
Reviewed 23 November 2013

I really enjoyed my visit to the majestic Niagara Falls. My visit was on the second week of November and was windy, cold but still enjoyable. Bring good walking shoe as you will do quite a bit of walking around the park to take advantage of the falls and the park. This is a must see for anyone visiting Buffalo, Rochester or New York state in general. I will definitely return to see it during summer time this time both from the US and Canada side.

“really good structure”
Reviewed 19 November 2013

I really liked the park, the structure is amazing, is really well organized, their bus system works just fine. The only down point is their cafeteria, they didn't have a lot of choices for lunch...

“Don't Expect Goats But Do Prepare for Bliss...”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

This review is about Goat Island rather than the State Park as we didn't have time to visit the park properly.

Goat Island offers a magnificent opportunity to appreciate the diverse waters of the Falls. You can stand there and admire the Horseshoe Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls and just about everything in between. You can walk around the island and then pause again to soak in the splendour of nature and then...you'll just want to do it again. The powerful waters seem to have a calming effect and the birds punctuate the experience with their beauty...a truly memorable visit.

“A nice alternative to the more crowded Canadian side”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

We saw both sides in the same day. The Canadian side has a significantly better view of the falls, but the park on the US side is much less frenetic and crowded. You can still get some decent views of the edge of the falls, and it is not so insanely expensive to park. You can get some nice views of the rapids, too. Lots of parking and nice walkways in this state park on an island in the middle of the river.

“Beautiful site to see!”
Reviewed 17 November 2013

Gorgeous view of the American side of the falls. The scenery is just fantastic. Well worth going to no matter which side of the falls you are staying.
