It’s been many years since I had visited Niagara Falls and my has it improved! Niagara Park is lovely and very well organized. There are signs everywhere telling you where things are located. It’s easy to get around even with a stroller or wheel chair. I was very impressed with the park and recommend a visit.

I would add Niagara Falls to everyone's bucket list to travel to.
We spent a beautiful sunny day there and found it to be breathtaking and very affordable. The cave of the winds got you almost inside the Bridal Veil Falls. The easy to climb down and back up offered great picture taking as well as many options for getting as wet as you like, or not. Of course rain ponchos and water shoes are provided with admission, so getting some mist and splashes we're no issues, just made us laugh like children!
Maid of the Mist boat ride took us to the center of Horseshoes Falls, pausing several minutes for taking pictures and videos. What an experien. Made you proud to be American. The American Falls were beautiful and observation deck was great. Elevators available when you are below by falls. Plus we came back at dusk for night time lighting of the Falls and fireworks. Beautiful!
Everything is easy to navigate on foot. Tours gives you some valuable narratives and saves some walking.
We did not go to Canada side using the bridge (passport required).
Restaurants in Niagara we're not overly abudant, but also not chains.
Highly recommend a day in Niagara.

This park boasts many walking trails with breathtaking views of the river, lake and falls. Miles of paths available for you to discover. The temperature is cooler closer to the water

Lots of trails and different view points, lots of nearby restaurants and street food. Lots of nearby hotels you can stay at and walk to the park from. Go to the fireworks early - it fills up fast!

I had always heard the Canadian side of the Falls is way better, but we loved the American side, too! The Cave of the Winds is a lot of fun, the Maid of the Mist boat tour gives you an amazing view of the falls, and there are lots of places to walk around and experience different views of the rapids and falls. The trolley is also pretty convenient.
However, I am giving a 4 because I do not recommend the Discovery Pass. We wanted to do the cave, boat tour, and trolley, so we got the pass to get some more stuff for $7, but we were disappointed. The aquarium was okay, but it was really small and not worth the extra time/money. Also, the discovery center had next to nothing in it and you can go hiking and see the power plant without paying. Finally, the movie was interesting enough but a lot of it was repeated information from other places and just not worth the $7 extra dollars. Our time would have been better spent just walking around enjoying the views.

On a different note, we had heard there was no food in Niagara, but that is not true! There are several restaurants around and right outside one of the entrances there are a bunch of food trucks. We got peri peri chicken rice bowls from Mother Cluckers, and it was healthy and delicious!
