Located on the 2nd floor of the One Niagara Visitors Center, a tall glass building. I had the fish congee (rice soup) which only had rice and deboned fish meat, no green onions or bean sprouts or any other veggies or meat. I also tried the won ton soup for $10.99 at China Town restaurant in the food court on the 1st floor, and it was just bland. Both items did not meet expectations. The rest of the Visitors Center was mostly uninteresting; there were hats, costume jewelry, bumper stickers, t-shirts and tank tops for $10, and your standard tourist knickknacks in and around the building which is also the home to the Made In America store. The Observation Deck was closed for renovations, and apparently management decided that the second floor didn't need any elevators either.
The most interesting thing I found, however, was a Nikola Tesla exhibit under construction. As of writing, it was in a closed off area around the corner from Bella Asian Cuisine.
