While checking in at the Hotel we were told the had no non somking rooms . Mary at the front desk came to the rescue and found us a rood, it took her a while but she stuck with it. Staff was great, would recomend the hotel to anyone going to the falls.

Absolutely loved the hotel and casino. The room was impeccable. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. My only two complaints are that one, the bellboy broke the handle of my suitcase as he roughly slung it onto the luggage carrier ( and thankfully I didn't have anything breakable in that suitcase), and two, the iron in our room had something burnt on it and it scorched one of my friends slacks. So be sure to check the iron before you use it. Other than that, the location was wonderful and the view from our room was beautiful!!

Room Tip: If you want a view of the falls pick a higher floor!! We stayed on the 19th floor and the view was a...

stayed two nights with family. The rooms are large and clean. The shower was very large and was a walk in tiled shower with a rain shower head. Great selection of restaurants. Only complaint was that security has to escort those 18-20 year olds through the casino floor. have to wait for extra security staff to escort. Can be a pain.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this very beautiful and clean clean Hotel and Casino. Check in was easy and the staff aims to please. We had the breakfast package so a nice buffet breakfast was included in our price. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the shower was awesome! There was a great makeup table with a great mirror etc.... We loved Jen from 3 Sisters restaurant where we ate breakfast. She always greeted us with a smile. Walking distance to the falls, we spent some time in the casino at night but we did explore and did all the touristy things and it was a blast. Falls were awesome. This hotel had some nice amenities I would have rated it higher, but there is a very small non smoking area in the casino. You could smell smoke around faintly. My only pet peeve otherwise we loved it and would return. The staff was great and helpful and it was Clean , Clean!!!!!

Room Tip: Choose a room on a high floor facing the falls. All views of the falls are so/so because of the dist...

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The rooms are gorgeous. It was my birthday so they gave me a room with a great view of the falls. I would come here and stay and play again. Give it a try. The restaurants are very good also.

Room Tip: If the hotel isn't booked to capacity, ask for a view of the falls

Beautiful decorating and a wonderful experience. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast at the Three Sister Cafe was great and reasonably priced. Only drawback was having to have an escort for my 18 year old through the casino since there is no other way through the building. Check in was after 4pm we had to wait about an hour to get our room but they guaranteed us one after 4 and they did accommodate us. Signage would be helpful to the new comer as there is some confusion of where the hotel entrance is rather than the casino. Parking signs and drop off signs would be welcome. Very close and convenient to everything. Some of the staff at the entrance were not very friendly while we waited for our escort.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 12th floor and it was non-smoking. The falls side had a beautiful view.

You can't miss this hotel since it's the tallest building in town.
Beautifully done on the inside and out. As of our stay it was very clean and new.
There is a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke as you enter the beautiful foyer, but this is a casino hotel where smoking is allowed. Upstairs in our room there was no smell of smoke whatsoever.
We stayed three nights with a 6 and a 12 year old. We all enjoyed the hotel very much. Be aware that staying with children younger than that may be cumbersome.
Walking distance to the falls. We were on the 24th floor with a beautiful view of the Canadian side.
We would certainly come back.

Room Tip: Ask for the highest floor, falls view if possible.
