The motel is relatively quiet for its proximity to a main road right next to the motel. This is more of a family run small place, but is very well maintained and the owners are very welcoming and helped us as we had never been to Niagara before.
There is a free shuttle bus stop opposite to the motel that connects to all the major tourist attractions in Niagara. You can get a daily pass from the reception along with the bus schedule. There is a swimming pool right next to the reception but we hardly saw anyone using it during our stay, though it looked clean and maintained. Breakfast was just basic muffins / coffee / cookies and fruits which you have to carry to your room.
The checking in process was smooth as we had pre-booked the room and there was no one checking in with us. The room was clean with a good Air-con, clean bed linens and fresh towels. The owner let us store our luggage for the day we were leaving as our flight was for the evening which was nice.
All in all this place has everything you can ask for in a hotel at this price. Its an excellent choice for those on a budget.
