Excellent service, our room was clean, breakfast and indoor pool were great! Aprox. 5-6 minutes drive to the falls and finding a parking was no problem. No smoking and pets are not allowed; which helps the place to stay clean and free from odors. Overall it was great. We stayed there two nights.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and our overall experience was a pleasant one. The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was good; with waffles, eggs, sausages and several types of muffins and yoghurts. There were enough places to sit in the breakfast area even though it was very crowded. The pool was very nice, a big plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive to the Falls. There are a few restaurants in the area. We only had one suitcase, but entering the hotel with a lot of luggage can be a hassle, considering the many non-automatic doors at the entrance. The only negative comment I can make, is that even though we booked 5 months in advance and specifically asked for a room at the top floor and quietly situated, we were given a room on the first floor, near the elevator. It was very noisy in the hallway until very late and all the noise started again very early in the morning. Of course, these noisy people, careless about other people, were to blame, but our stay would have been even more pleasant with two good nights of sleep. Besides that, if we ever get to visit Niagara Falls again, we would stay again in this hotel.

I apologize that you had noise issues! Sometimes all of the requests don't come through depending on which reservation channel you use. I apologize that you didn't have the room that you requested. Hopefully we will see you again!

Stayed here recently for one night on our visit to Niagara Falls. The hotel is very nice and clean, with comfortable beds. There were 3 adults and we had a room with two queen beds. There was enough room for all of us. However, we each only had one small overnight bag. With too much luggage, you might have an issue storing it. The bathroom was on the smallish side but using it one at a time, of course, it's ok. However, it was all very clean and that is what was important to us. The AC unit was a little noisy but most hotels have that problem.

The breakfast was actually very good compared to some other BW and HI hotels I've been in, and of course, included in the price. It had the standard pre-made egg omelettes that weren't actually dried up but fluffy, as well as sausage links. There was coffee, juices, make your own waffles, fruits, mufins, oatmeal and yogurts from what i saw. The wi-fi worked very well and was also included. We didn't have time to use the gym or the pool but they looked clean. The drive to the falls took maybe 10-15 min but we liked that it was away from all the hussle and bussle. I would definitely stay here again if I would ever go back up to Niagara Falls for a visit.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back of the hotel are away from the main road. Ours was very quiet.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was really nice. The rooms were extremely small and not able to accommodate luggage, baseball equipment d/t tournament (we booked several rooms), etc. the tub did not work, and unable to bath the baby.

Very clean hotel and close to Niagara Falls, I have stayed at a Best Western before and have always liked this chain. This was barely 15-20 mins from the Falls and very convenient to stay rather than any of the pricier hotels closer to Niagara Falls. They also offer breakfast which is a plus, and sets you up nicely for the rest of your day.
